Faith-driven stewards, preserving legacies and building lasting businesses that strengthen our community

Dear Business Owner,

You’ve spent decades building a business that has become the heartbeat of your community—a labor of love, sacrifice, and vision. At P410, we understand the weight of deciding what comes next. We’re not just buyers; we’re stewards of your legacy, committed to honoring what you’ve built while carrying it forward.

Our mission is to partner with retiring owners who have poured their lives into their businesses. Rooted in Arizona and self-funded with no outside pressures, we preserve the unique character of each company while providing the energy, capital, and leadership needed to help it grow. We see this as stewardship—protecting what makes your business special while guiding it into a thriving new chapter.

Selling your business isn’t easy, and you deserve a trusted partner who values more than numbers on a page. At P410, we approach every relationship with integrity and care. We are here to walk with you—preserving your legacy, supporting your people, and ensuring your business continues to be a force for good in the community.

At P410, we understand the emotional journey of selling your business.

You’ve poured your heart and soul into something remarkable, and you want to ensure its future is secure.

If you’re considering selling and want to ensure it remains in good hands, and that your legacy is built on, we invite you to reach out. We invest to help small businesses flourish in their next generation.

Honoring your legacy, protecting your people, and guiding your business into its next chapter

Why We Are Different

At P410, everything begins with trust, respect, and integrity. We listen first, value the owner’s perspective, and structure solutions that feel fair to everyone. Transparency and open communication guide every step of the process.

Because we’re self-funded, we think in decades, not years. We buy with the intention of holding companies for the long term—not flipping them—so there’s no outside pressure or artificial deadlines. We move at your pace, and when you’re ready, so are we.

Most of all, we care about legacy. A business is more than numbers—it’s people, history, and community. We see it as our responsibility to protect what you’ve built, preserve its place in the community, and ensure it thrives in its next chapter. We see business as a force for good, a vehicle to love and serve our communities.

Built on trust, driven by legacy, committed for the long term

What we Look For

We seek out small, service-oriented businesses that are profitable, people-focused, and deeply rooted in their communities. If you’ve built a strong culture, loyal customers, and a team that feels like family, we’d love to talk.

Our ideal businesses share a few traits:
  • Profitable with recurring revenue and diverse customers
  • Strong reputation, high customer satisfaction, and loyal team
  • Simple, enduring business model with staying power
  • At least 5+ years of proven operating history
  • Positive cash flow and 15%+ profit margins
Our sweet spot:
  • Revenues: $1M–$5M
  • EBITDA/SDE: $750K–$1.2M
  • Based in the Phoenix Metro Area

At P410, we only buy from owners who are ready to sell. We don’t do turnarounds or takeovers. Instead, we acquire the full company—or a majority stake if you’d like to stay involved—and carry your legacy forward with care, energy, and long-term commitment.

The Parable of Talents

At P410 we see our work through the lens of stewardship described in Matthew 25:14–30, the Parable of the Talents. In this teaching, the master commends the faithful servants, saying in Matthew 25:23, “Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness.” We believe every business we partner with is a trust from God—His resources, His people, His opportunity to serve.

Guided by this conviction, we seek to find and acquire a small, service-focused company with strong roots in its community, a loyal customer base, and the potential to grow through care, operational excellence, and investment in people.

As 1 Peter 4:10 reminds us, “Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.” For us, that means multiplying the value entrusted to us—not just financially, but in the flourishing of employees, the care of customers, and the strengthening of the community. We aim to be found faithful by serving with excellence, generosity, and humility, creating businesses that honor God and bring enduring benefit to all we touch.

This is the vision that energizes him and informs all the plans and decisions he helps make for the school.

Andy and his wife Emily have five children — Benjamin, Zachary, Asher, Elyse, and Joanna — three of which (B, Z, and A) currently attend HOPE. He is passionate about business, education, and leadership, and considers being a Dad one of the greatest joys of his life. He loves to learn, play golf, and make memories with his family!

Andy loves God first and foremost. In everything he does he puts it in front of Him first. He serves God with humility. Second, he is a husband, and father third. He sees an opportunity for business to generate multi-generational generosity. He loves operating and is always seeking a challenge and the opportunity to learn and grow. Andy is smart, kind, humble, thoughtful and hard working. Andy is inspired by the parable of the talents, believing he is called to wisely steward the gifts and opportunities he’s been given—multiplying them through hard work, faithfulness, and the leadership of a small business that serves others well. He empowers his people and builds great teams and creates cultures where people belong. He is organized, wise beyond his age. He fosters a culture of excellence and improvement.
