P410 acquires, starts, and operates small businesses in Arizona. We partner with humble, driven, faith-aligned entrepreneurs that acquire and operate businesses that are community-focused, people-first, and purpose-filled.
We exist to love God and our neighbors by building enduring companies that bless employees, customers, and communities. We express this purpose through meaningful relationships, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.
P410 Hospitality is an expression of who we are as a family – our purpose and values. Maria, a first-generation immigrant and proud Latina, brings her background in psychology and a healthcare management education and experience to our work, shaped by her passion for creating community and caring for people. Alex grew up in Peru as the son of missionaries, where he learned early on that faith, service, and generosity are at the heart of a meaningful life.
Our prayer is that our children grow up with this same perspective—that excellent work is seen as another way to glorify God by stewarding resources well and make a lasting difference in our community.
We believe the true legacy of P410 is not in what we accumulate, but in what we release—building a family story of generosity, love, and impact through business as a force for good. P410 Hospitality is our stewardship, our ministry.

P410 Hospitality is the largest Scooter’s Coffee franchisee in Arizona. For us, the coffee business is more than just serving great coffee—though we certainly do that! It’s about relationships, community, and creating amazing every-moment experiences. Scooter’s is special because it’s a place where we not only share amazing drinks but also share kindness, hospitality, and love to everyone that drives up to our window.
